Construction Management + Corporate Interiors

Isabel joined Suffolk Construction in August 2018 after graduating from Drexel University in 2018. She started as an intern and was then hired shortly after into a full-time position as a Project Engineer. She was accepted into Suffolk’s Career Start program, a highly competitive leadership and training program for recent college graduates that provides three 8-month rotations through the company. Through this experience, Isabel has had the opportunity to move through different roles within the company, which has provided her with organizational, leadership, planning, and design skills. Isabel has worked on high profile projects in the Greater Boston Area. Some examples include Suffolk Headquarters, the Encore Casino, and Boston’s South Station. Through these experiences, Isabel has been able to learn and work alongside some of Boston’s leading Project Managers, Superintendents, Architects, and Developers.

Isabel has been recognized for her attention to detail, ability to manage and implement the client’s vision, meet deadlines, and fix problems. She was offered an opportunity in Suffolk’s Real Estate Development department where she leads rebrand and interior design implementation into the company’s corporate and field offices nationwide.
